Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is a famous Indian actor born on 17 October 1992. Her films are mainly made in Tamil or Telugu, but she also is in some Malayalam films. The actress was awarded the National Film Award's Best Actress award for portraying Savitri as the lead actress in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). She has also won three SIIMA Awards as well as an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the daughter of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her professional career started in the early 2000s, as a young actor. Her return to film after studying fashion. She played her debut leading role in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first films outside of Malayalam and signed up to be a part of several Tamil films simultaneously. It was A. L. Vijay together alongside Vikram, who released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do very well, but it was released. In order to fit in bigger projects, she had to cancel projects she'd already begun working on. These included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Kavalaivendam by Deekay. In a short time she also worked together with Sivakarthikeyan in Rajini Murugan, Remo and was also the lead actor in Prabhu Sool's Thodari along with Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut had been planned as Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. Though the release date for Janakitho Nenu has not been announced, it is reported that the film could be released in September 2020. In the end, the film's first film to debut was in 2016's Nenu Sailaja featuring actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy made her debut in Bairavaa opposite Vijay director Bharathan. In 2017, Keerthy also was on the screen in the Tamil film PaambhuSattai and Telugu film Nenu Local.
